Professional Qualifications

I initially trained as a psychodynamic counsellor and went on to qualify as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist in 1994 at wpf Therapy, and then gained an MA in Psychoanalytic Studies 1999 from Middlesex University. I am registered with the UK Council of Psychotherapist UKCP through the professional membership of the Site for Contemporary Psychoanalysis, and I am also a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists bacp, and the College of Psychoanalysis.

Relevant Experience
From the mid- 1980's I worked as the Clinical Director of the Maya Centre for ten years, a community based counselling service for women. Later, she worked as the Clinical Director of the Red Admiral,
a HIV counselling service. Currently I am a member of the training staff at WPF therapy and a visiting lecturer to a variety of other training organisations.
I has worked in private practice continuously since 1992. My psychotherapy practice is situated in Walthamstow.
